You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your Noble pillow.
Because it can take some time for you to adjust the pillow, and just like exercise, it can take multiple weeks for your body to adapt, we suggest you give it 2-3 weeks. Please view the illustrations and demonstration videos on the use & maintenance page.
Once eligibility for return is confirmed, you will receive an RMA number and return address to facilitate the process. To be eligible for a return, you must still be within your 30-day trial period, and the pillow must be clean and undamaged. You may then use a shipping method of your choice to return the product. The customer is responsible for shipping & handling fees associated with the return as well as any import/export fees on international orders. Upon receipt and inspection of the product, you will be refunded your purchase price minus any promotions, shipping costs, and import fees for international orders.
